A Community for Lawyers Building Meaningful Estate Planning Practices
The Legacy Collective is a 9-month mentorship and community experience for lawyers who want to build thoughtful, sustainable, and profitable estate planning practices.
Created by Sarah Horowitz, an attorney, entrepreneur, community builder, and coach, the Legacy Collective combines substantive estate planning education, business strategy, mentorship, coaching, and real-world law firm experience in a collaborative and supportive environment.
This is not a traditional CLE course or passive online program.
The Legacy Collective is designed to help lawyers build practices — and professional lives — that feel financially sustainable, emotionally intelligent, authentic, and aligned with the way they actually want to practice law.
At its core, The Legacy Collective is about community.
Many lawyers build practices in isolation without mentorship, support, or colleagues who truly understand the realities of this work. The Legacy Collective is intended to create a genuine professional community of estate planning attorneys who can support one another both professionally and personally.
Who this is for
The Legacy Collective is designed for lawyers who are:
- building or growing an estate planning practice;
- transitioning from another practice area;
- seeking more flexibility and sustainability in their careers;
- craving mentorship and community; and/or
- interested in building a more human-centered way of practicing law.
The Collective is intentionally designed as a women-centered professional community and welcomes women, nonbinary, transgender, and gender-expansive lawyers who feel aligned with the values and goals of the space.
